This site (once a clay mine) has been rehabilitated with over 600,00m3 of imported fill and is mid-way through construction of a new road and multiple industrial lots. The project includes significant external works, a signalised intersection, significant relocation of services including water main, high-pressure gas, and electrical and telecommunication services.
