At the date of publication of this document (January 2010) HCE Engineers were actively working on 268 individual projects. These range from 1 into 2 lot subdivisions to large broadacre subdivisions, small and large multi-unit sites, shopping centres, schools, office park developments, industrial sheds, commercial buildings and The Northern Busway project.

Garden Office Park Stage 2

Logan Road, Eight Mile Plains

Stage 2 of the Garden City Office Park is the latest instalment of the successful product produced by OPD Developers. The focus of these projects is to retain as much existing vegetation as possible and provide commercial office space in a park environment with high car parking ratios, so that the end experience is an environment where people enjoy working. Other office parks in which HCE Engineers have provided engineering services include Gateway Office Park, Technology Office Park, Brookwater Office Park and Kenmore Village Office Park.

Ferndale Park Estate

Ferndale Park Estate, Fernvale

Ferndale Park Estate is a proposed residential subdivision in which approximately 200 new lots will be created. HCE Engineers were engaged to undertake detailed flood modelling of the adjoining Ferny Gully and the significant overland flow paths through the site. Additionally, HCE provided designs for culverts and detention basins required to manage and mitigate site runoff.

The Northern Busway

Gilchrist Ave to Enoggera Creek

HCE Engineers were engaged to design all in ground stormwater drainage, including rainwater harvesting systems and all sewer and water main diversions required by the construction of this vital element of public infrastructure.

Soliel Apartments

Adelaide Street, Brisbane

A 75 storey 250m high residential tower in the Brisbane CBD requiring widening of two of Brisbane busiest streets, extensive service relocations and tunnelling of a new 300mm diameter sewer approximately 120 meters long and up to 8 meters deep along Adelaide Street.
