I have worked for HCE for over seven years, in which time I have evolved from a junior member with little experience, to leading design teams completing subdivisional and site development projects.

With only a small amount of AutoCAD experience, HCE provided many avenues for me to increase and improve my skills. I have had the opportunity to develop my management skills by supervising projects and directing and monitoring tasks to staff members to assist in achieving deadlines.

Our team is very approachable and welcoming which makes HCE an enjoyable place to spend the working week. We have a great social atmosphere, with an annual footy tipping competition and many social events throughout the year.

I started with HCE in 2004 & can honestly say that I enjoy coming to work. I only work part time which I love.

Some of my duties include Reception, General Administration, Accounts Receivable, Client Service & Events Co-ordinator. I enjoy the flexibility & diverse range of my duties.

I enjoy working with the other staff of HCE, they are young, energetic & enthusiastic people who are polite, earnest, & fun loving but always willing to help each other as they try to build enduring careers.

Social functions are always good fun especially now that the gender mix is improving each year.
