HCE Engineers is a medium-sized civil engineering consultancy that provides a personalised and cost-effective service to its clients. The range of projects tackled is diverse, ranging from minor infill developments to major infrastructure projects of national significance. ‘Landmark’ projects for which HCE Engineers have recently provided consultancy services include: The Inner City Bypass, The Northern Busway and Soliel Apartments. However, these larger projects represent only a portion of our custom. The majority of our commissions are associated with infill development projects such as minor subdivisions, multi-unit and apartment buildings and commercial development sites. Whilst these projects are often small and have limited budgets, they are rarely without challenges requiring skilled and knowledgeable responses. “Fitting” with the existing built environment demands a full understanding of legislative requirements. Our associations with over 250 minor projects per year have driven us to develop the necessary skills, expertise and relationships to deliver efficient service and minimal approval delays. We are also recognised as regional leaders and experts in stormwater management and flooding. We have both civil and environmental engineers on staff to provide practical and cost effective solutions to stormwater runoff quantity and quality challenges.
